The machine used Germany-advanced coating technology, and intergrated with our own many years of experience in coating machine. It is applicable to the substrate such as PET, BOPP, OPP sealing packing tape, ultra-transparent adhesive film and other related coating machine:
1 We make various kind models of coating machine to supply customer's difference needs:
A, Comma coating / direct roller coating, less glue using, higher speed, can reduce the production cost efficiently.
B, Offset coating, even coating weight, nice glue surface, suitable for producing super clear tape.
C, Kiss coating / screen coating, easy operation, easy coating weight control, can splice the film without decelerating speed.
2 Use the Chain Track transport substrate, a variety of oven forms to meet different technology (Common oven & Shell open type oven)
3 Duplex turret type rotary rewinder and unwinder, framework stability, equip with splicing devices, can splice film exchangeing roller without stopping machine. High production efficiency, to achieve non-stop automatic fixed-length rewinding.
4 Tension automatic control, using frequency control of motor or digital DC speed control system, and the machine operated rely on multi-point synchronization controller
5 Adoption of EPC electronic correction system to ensure the edge of finished product is neat
6 High degree of automation, design science, well-operation and easy-maintenance
